  • Biography:

    I worked for The Permanente Medical Group, Northern California for 24 years in Regional Health Education and Physician Education and Development. 

    I am in my 10th year working for Group Health Permanente, Practice and Leadership Development, Seattle, Washington as a Training and Development Specialist, where I lead the Clinician Patient Communication and Coaching programs.
