I began my work with Kaiser Permanente in 1969 in the Department of Pediatrics at Harbor City and became a prepartner in 1970. It was my pleasure to serve as Chief of Service at the South Bay Medical Center for 24 years through 1999 and retired in 2005. My subspecialty is behavioral pediatrics and I founded and directed the Center for Learning and Behavior Disorders at my medical center. I taught for 25 years at UCLA Harbor General Hospital where I received the Distinguished Teachers Award. I enjoyed my career as a physician with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group and was proud to receive the Physicians’ Exceptional Contribution Award.
